I am an NSPCC accredited child protection trainer.

 

I provide all levels of child protection and safeguarding training to anyone working or volunteering with children.

Training sessions can be provided in-house if you have 4 or more participants. Training can be arranged to be delivered at at time that suits you, including evenings and weekends.

In addition, I can provide bespoke safeguarding training to meet the needs of your organisation and the age ranges you work with.

Safeguarding Reviews
All organisations that come into contact with children need to ensure they have robust safeguarding arrangements in place.
A safeguarding review examines your organisation's safeguarding policies, procedures and practices to evaluate the effectiveness of your current safeguarding and child protection arrangements. The review considers statutory compliance, identifies areas of strength and recommends areas for development.

Following the review you will receive a comprehensive report and action plan, detailing the necessary steps to ensure statutory compliance, and offering recommendations to further strengthen safeguarding practice in line with current best practice.

 

Policy review and drafting
Maintaining up to date safeguarding and child protection policies is essential, aligning with statutory guidance and local procedures. I can support you by reviewing and updating your current policy, or drafting a new policy.
